Hostgator Support Review
Hostgator Support rocks!
That really is the only word to describe them. Just recently, as I struggled my way through setting up several new websites under the Hostgator Baby plan – that’s where you can host multiple websites for no extra cost – I managed to make a complete mess of it!
I had websites that couldn’t be found and other sites that appeared under the wrong names and strange error messages.
And the people at Hostgator Support held my hand and walked me through it all and didn’t even sound impatience – although, heaven knows but they must have wanted to pull their hair out at times.
Most people seem to have had a similar result with them, although I have read the occasional critical review of their Support staff. I found them helpful and prompt, and I felt that I got better service than I expect for such a low price hosting package.
What I would add, for anyone about to addon domains, is to structure it all correctly from the start. I think that was my problem. I was so lost in the end that I never was quite sure where I went wrong or exactly how I got it so messed up.
But the guys at Hostgator sorted it out. Bless ‘em!
